4:00pm - 5:00 pm   Ages 10 & Under

5:00pm - 6:30 pm   Ages 11 & Up

June 23 - July 22

Monday through Friday

9:00am - 9:40am   Ages 11 & Up ON Swim Team

9:40am - 10:20am   Ages 11 & Up NOT on Swim Team

10:20am to 11:00am   Ages 9/10

11:00am to 11:40am   Ages 8 & Under

July 25 - July 29

Divers Going to Championships Only

Monday through Friday

Note:   You are only allowed to switch practice times if approved by the coaches. Practice times may be adjusted depending on the number of divers in each age group.

The coaches are happy to address any concerns you may have about your diver, but please, not during practice. Coaches request that parents and observers stay off the deck during practice.  If coaches need to speak to divers about discipline and interruptions during practice, divers will be asked to sit out for a certain length of time.  Coaches should not need to discipline children; please review the pool rules with your children and assist the coaches by reinforcing respectful behavior during practices.
