Preschool Level- Preschoolers focuses on preparing children to swim on their own without the assistance of an adult. Teaching children strong foundations at the beginning of learning how to swim is extremely important. Preschoolers tries to make this learning process as enjoyable as possible with the use of games and activities. During this session, they will learn to be comfortable in the water, along with front and back floating. They may even learn how to begin the front crawl and elementary backstroke. *Ages 3-5 years old

Beginner Level- Beginners has very similar skills to the preschool level but with increasing distances and introductions of new skills. In this section, the students will be learning how to take the basic movements they have learned and making them more productive. They will be learning how to swim the front crawl and the backstroke. The goals for completing this section include swimming the front crawl, breathing, and continuing the stroke, as well as proper body placement and movement in backstroke. *Ages 5-7 years old

Students will find this class more challenging because of the level of the students. *Ages 6-8 years old
