There is a $50 non-refundable application fee to enter the waiting list.  Don't be dismayed by what might appear to be a hopelessly long list of names.  The line moves pretty quickly.

If your name has been removed from the waitlist you should have received an email invite from Cindy.  If you didn't receive the email and your name no longer appears below please contact her.
